In the intellectual property profession since 1992, including
three years' experience in the IP department of a large
Japanese corporation in Japan, and two years' experience
in private practice in Germany. Technical areas covered
include chemistry (inorganic, organic and physical), mechanical
engineering, and optics, with specific expertise in opto-electronic
devices, and polymers. Professional experience includes
prosecution of patent applications in Japan, and representation
in opposition proceedings before the EPO. Marc is fluent
in spoken and written Japanese and proficient in German
and French.
