In the intellectual property profession since 1992, after
several years in the paper and valve manufacturing industries.
Technical areas covered include information technology,
mechanical engineering, production technology, and electrical
engineering, with particular expertise in telecommunications,
packaging systems, control systems, and robotics. In addition
to expertise in Finnish IP law and practice, Juha-Pekka
(JP) has professional experience in licensing and litigation
in Scandinavian territories, the UK and the US. Experienced
in written and oral representation before opposition and
appeal boards of the EPO. JP is a native Finnish speaker
and fluent in English, Swedish and German.
