professional experience includes portfolio management and
competitor surveillance, opinion work, particularly advising
on infringement and validity issues, due diligence reviews,
advising on and obtaining Supplementary Protection Certificates
for medicinal and plant protection products, and written
and oral representation before the EPO in opposition and
appeal proceedings.
