In the intellectual property profession since 1996, including
time in a corporate in-house IP practice. Technical areas
covered include chemistry (organic, inorganic and physical),
biochemistry, and materials science, with particular expertise
in polymer chemistry, protein and gene therapy, antibody
technology, food chemistry, and the chemistry of materials.
Professional experience includes due diligence reviews,
third party patent searching and evaluation, and written
and oral representation in opposition and appeal proceedings
before the EPO. Jane is also proficient in French.
